ContextKey
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using ContextKey, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
ContextKey is a mobile application that helps you store and share your personal context with AI assistants. The app:
- Stores your profile information locally on your device
- Allows you to copy formatted context to share with AI services
- Uses biometric authentication to protect your data
3. Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information in your profile
- Not use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Not share sensitive information (passwords, financial data) through the app
- Take responsibility for any data you share with third-party AI services
4. Intellectual Property
ContextKey and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Nativerse Ventures and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
5. Third-Party Services
When you share context with AI assistants like ChatGPT or Claude, you are using third-party services. We are not responsible for:
- How those services use your shared data
- Any responses or outputs from those services
- Changes to those services' availability or terms
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
ContextKey is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.
7. Limitation of Liability
Nativerse Ventures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the app.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or email.
SheetPortal
SheetPortal lets you turn a Google Sheets™ spreadsheet into a client portal. You connect your sheet, choose which columns and rows each client can see, and share a portal link.
Your data
SheetPortal reads your Google Sheets™ data on demand and stores a filtered snapshot to serve the portal. Your Google Sheet remains your source of truth. You can delete a portal at any time, which immediately removes the stored snapshot and revokes all client access.
Free and paid plans
The free plan includes up to 5 active portals. Paid plans offer additional features including client login, comments, and custom branding. We may change pricing with 30 days notice.
Acceptable use
Do not use SheetPortal to share illegal content, violate privacy, or circumvent Google's terms of service.
