This policy describes how Nativerse Ventures collects, uses, and protects your information across our products.
ContextKey
Data We Collect
Local Data Only: ContextKey stores all your profile data locally on your device. We do not have access to:
- Your name, role, or expertise information
- Your projects or technologies
- Your preferences or recent context
- Any text you copy or share with AI assistants
What We May Collect
If you join our waitlist or contact us, we collect:
- Email address: To send you beta invites and updates
- Usage analytics: Anonymous app usage data to improve the product (can be disabled)
Data Security
Your profile data is protected by:
- Biometric authentication: Face ID or Touch ID required to share context
- Local storage: Data never leaves your device unless you explicitly share it
- No cloud sync: We don't store your data on any servers
Third-Party Services
When you use ContextKey to share context with AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.), that data is governed by their respective privacy policies. We recommend reviewing:
Your Rights
You can:
- Delete all your data at any time from Settings
- Export your profile data
- Opt out of analytics
- Request deletion of your email from our waitlist
SheetPortal
SheetPortal is a Google Workspace™ Add-on that creates client portals from Google Sheets™ data.
What we access
- Your current spreadsheet data (columns, rows, headers) via the Google Sheets™ API
- Your email address to associate portals with your account
OAuth scopes we use
- spreadsheets — to read your sheet data for portal creation
- script.container.ui — to display the sidebar inside Google Sheets™
- script.external_request — to sync portal data with our backend
- userinfo.email — to identify portal creators
What we store
- Portal configuration (selected columns, filters, portal name)
- A snapshot of the filtered data at the time of portal creation, stored in Supabase (EU region)
- Your email address as portal creator
What we do NOT do
- We never modify your spreadsheet
- We never access spreadsheets other than the one you're working in
- We never sell or share your data with third parties
- We never use your data for advertising
Data retention
Portal data snapshots are stored as long as the portal is active. When you delete a portal, the snapshot is permanently removed.
Google API Services Limited Use Disclosure
SheetPortal's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
